A special volume of Theoretical Chemistry Accounts, edited by Prof. Fernando Rei Ornellas (IQ/USP) and Prof.(a) Maria João Ramos (FC/Porto University) will be published to celebrate this meeting. The already invited authors, who will take part in the meeting are expected to present the final version of their contributions at this meeting.
